I loved painting the flowers last week so much, that I decided to continue that visual with some closeup flowers. I combined it with my favorite subject to paint, sunrises. I hope that as you grow, you too will find strength as you seek light.
Over on Instagram, I have been sharing my paintings with a scripture and companion General Conference quote. I call these little mini devotionals "Painted Prayers". This week I'm also going to include some of my favorite lines from hymns about strength.
Lines like this one have been such a strength to me:
"I need thy presence ev’ry passing hour.
